Job summary

Organon offers an internship in demand fulfilment planning within a regional supply chain setting. You will gain hands-on exposure to planning tasks, reporting, and scenario analysis while learning how AI and automation can boost planning efficiency.

You will work on data preparation, reporting updates, and simple automation projects, developing analytical skills and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in supply chain planning, data, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Excel; exposure to Power BI, Python, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day demand fulfilment planning tasks, including data preparation and basic analysis.
• Assist in maintaining and updating demand, supply, and inventory-related reports.
• Support automation of recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, or AI-enabled tools.
• Assist in simple scenario planning exercises (e.g. demand changes, supply constraints) and comparison of outcomes.
• Support data validation, documentation of processes, and preparation of basic presentation materials.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to the DFP team.
