- Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
- Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
- Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during module updates and releases.
- Participate in change management processes and assess the impact of changes on the ServiceNow modules.
- Implement best practices for version control and configuration management within the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly IRM, ITSM, and ITAM.
- In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
- Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus
