Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and product leads to gather and prioritize demand requests related to IRM, ITSM, and ITAM modules.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive demand management process to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Define release management strategies for ServiceNow platform updates and module enhancements.
  • Coordinate with development teams to plan and schedule releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.
  • Communicate release schedules, status updates, and impact assessments to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of release documentation, including release notes and deployment instructions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during module updates and releases.
  • Participate in change management processes and assess the impact of changes on the ServiceNow modules.
  • Implement best practices for version control and configuration management within the ServiceNow environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in demand and release management for ServiceNow platform modules, particularly IRM, ITSM, and ITAM.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand management processes and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and release management best practices.
  • Experience coordinating releases in complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IRM, ITSM, or ITAM is a plus
