Job Responsibilities

• Carry out daily deliveries of food products to customers such as restaurants, supermarkets, and retailers.
• Ensure accurate loading, unloading, and verification of goods against delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Supervise day-to-day delivery operations and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team.
• Monitor stock movement for outgoing and returned goods.
• Assist in preparing delivery documents, invoices, and return forms.
• Lead and guide junior delivery staff or assistants when required.
• Report any delivery discrepancies, vehicle issues, or operational challenges.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license (depending on vehicle size).
• Minimum 2 years of delivery or logistics experience, preferably in food or FMCG industry.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual loading/unloading.
• Basic computer skills — able to use Microsoft Excel / Word / WhatsApp for reporting and communication.
• Familiar with delivery tracking or inventory software is an advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and GPS/navigation tools.
• Willing to work early mornings / weekends / overtime when required.
