Qualifications

• Experience in regulated or large enterprise settings is a plus.

• Oversee project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Develop and drive knowledge transfer plans, ensuring effective documentation and capability building within internal teams.
• Monitor project performance, manage delivery risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Foster collaboration across teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in programm or delivery management for technology, digital transformation, or data platform projects.
• Proven experience managing multi-vendor environments and project governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering projects within highly regulated industries or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
