Job summary

WEI!WORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a delivery driver to manage schedules and routes, verify loads, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will load/unload vehicles, follow traffic laws, and maintain accurate records. Excellent customer service and reliability are essential as you work both independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of delivery experience, a Class 3 license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license with at least 2 years of licensing.
• 2–3 years' experience in pick-up and delivery; pick-up experience is an advantage.
• Presentable, customer-facing; able to meet customers daily.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage driver schedules for deliveries to customers in the specified time and follow the route plan.
• Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Load and unload trucks or vans.
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures.
• Provide good service to customers.
• Update the ops team on daily out of stocks and provide daily feedback on pick-ups.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
• Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
• Maintain records such as vehicle logs and cargo/billing statements in accordance with regulations.
• Read maps and follow written or verbal geographic directions.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic situations to bases or other vehicles.
