Job summary

HUB EXPRESS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is expanding its operations and seeks a Delivery Assistant to support loading and unloading cargo and to accompany drivers on point-to-point deliveries. The role requires interacting professionally with customers on-site and maintaining daily task records.

Responsibilities include following routes and schedules, reviewing orders for accuracy, and adhering to safety regulations and operating guidelines. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Assist the driver with daily assignments.
• Able to interact professionally with customers on-site.
• Maintain and update daily task records.
• Loading and unloading of the finished goods.
• Adhering to assigned routes and delivery schedules.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Comply with the company’s safety regulations and operating guidelines.
• Other tasks appointed by your immediate supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support loading/unloading cargo and accompany drivers on deliveries.
• Interact professionally with customers on-site during deliveries.
• Maintain daily task records and ensure delivery documentation is accurate.
• Ensure orders are complete before and after delivery and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety regulations and company operating guidelines.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
