Job summary

Indrugco Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to support the timely delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and other healthcare customers across Singapore. You will navigate with GPS apps, use WhatsApp for work communications, and maintain safety, accuracy and professionalism when interacting with doctors, nurses and pharmacists.

A valid Singapore Class 3/3A license and a safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving licence
• Safe and responsible driving record
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and healthcare area routes
• Comfortable driving throughout Singapore on a daily basis
• Able to load, unload and carry delivery cartons/packages
• Confident using a smartphone for work communications
• Able to use Google Maps, Waze or equivalent navigation apps
• Able to use WhatsApp for work communication
• Basic ability to read and respond to written instructions in English
• Reliable, punctual and organized

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries of pharmaceutical, healthcare and related products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and healthcare institutions
• Ensure deliveries are made safely, accurately and within the delivery schedule
• Check products against delivery orders before departure
• Obtain appropriate acknowledgement, signatures, stamps or electronic confirmation upon delivery
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, loss or mix-ups
• Return signed delivery documents and undelivered items promptly
• Report discrepancies, damaged products or failed deliveries immediately
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with healthcare staff
• Follow company procedures for handling and transportation of pharmaceutical products

About the role

Indrugco Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable, responsible and technology-savvy Delivery Driver to support the timely and professional delivery of pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical products to hospitals, clinics, medical centres, pharmacies, doctors and other healthcare customers throughout Singapore. The successful candidate must be comfortable using smartphone GPS navigation, Google Maps or equivalent route-planning applications, WhatsApp and other basic digital communication tools. This role requires good time management, route planning, customer service and attention to delivery accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily deliveries of pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical and related products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, doctors and healthcare institutions

• Ensure all deliveries are made safely, accurately and within the assigned delivery schedule

• Check products against delivery orders before departure

• Obtain appropriate acknowledgement, signatures, stamps or electronic confirmation upon delivery

• Handle products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, loss or mix-ups

• Return signed delivery documents and undelivered items to the company promptly

• Report any discrepancies, damaged products, failed deliveries or customer issues immediately

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with doctors, nurses, clinic staff, pharmacists, hospital personnel and other healthcare customers

• Follow company procedures for the handling and transportation of pharmaceutical and healthcare products

Requirements
