Job summary

A well-established scientific and laboratory equipment company in Singapore is looking for a Delivery and Service Technician. Your role involves the collection and delivery of instruments, on-site evaluations, and assisting in installations. A NITEC in Engineering and a Class 3 driving license are required. This position provides an opportunity to work closely with sales and service teams in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 0 – 2 years related experience in relevant position.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection and delivery of instruments to and from customer sites.
• Conduct on-site evaluation, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of equipment according to company procedures.
• Provide installation and commissioning support for instruments when required.
• Assist with in-house assembly of instrument parts in the laboratory.
• Coordinate closely with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer support and after-sales service.
• Ensure proper handling, care, and documentation of equipment during transport and servicing.
• Comply with all workplace safety and risk assessment procedures.

Job description

• Salary range: $2000 - $3000 + Performance Bonus
• Working days & hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Monday – Friday)
• Working Location at Bukit Batok
