Roles & Responsibilities

Basic Salary + Incentive (Up to $400) + Class 4 allowance + OT + AWS

Working hours : Mon to Fri - 9am - 7pm

Working Location : Jalan Besut

Job Responsibilities

• Loading / Unloading, Transporting and Delivering items to Customers or Business in a safe, secure, and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items to and from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items.
• Providing excellent customer service in delivery, handling customs questions and concerns.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Utilize appropriate technology to efficiently manage the delivery process including handheld technology.
• Periodic assistance with Stuffing and Un-stuffing activities.
• Periodic assistance to Warehouse Operations from Receiving, Processing (Picking, Packing and Labelling), Releasing and Stocktaking
• Warehouse Management System (Optional)
• Assist in maintaining upkeep and cleanliness of stores and vehicles.

Job Requirements

• Must possess Class 4 Driving License
• Minimum GCE “N” Level and above
• Possess Forklift License is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy packages and objects
