Job summary

UPS Asia Group Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a delivery driver to handle daily distribution of packages across Singapore. You will perform on-road audits, submit shipping documents, and ensure COD/COP collections are completed daily while maintaining a courteous, customer-oriented approach.

The role requires a valid Class 3 license (Class 4 an advantage), ability to lift up to 35kg, familiarity with Singapore roads, and fluency in Basic English. A 5.5-day work week applies, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 driving license is a must; Class 4 is an added advantage
• Familiar with Singapore roads for island-wide delivery and collection
• Able to carry and lower packages up to 35kg from rollers/conveyors and pallets
• Willing to climb stairs to enter/exit customer premises
• Secondary education or equivalent preferred
• Able to speak and write Basic English to liaise with English-speaking customers
• Pleasant disposition and courteous, enjoy meeting customers
• Unable to drive home company van; willing to work extra hours when needed
• 5.5 working days

Responsibilities

• Daily delivery and collection of inbound/outbound shipments
• Perform on-road audit & submission of shipping documents
• Ensure cash/cheque collections for all COD/COP shipments are turned in daily
• Identify service-related concerns and recommend solutions to immediate supervisor
• Provide Sales Lead
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
