Job summary

DRAGONLINK SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a delivery driver to load, transport and deliver items to clients in Singapore. You will manage orders, ensure accuracy and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the process.

You must hold a valid Class 3/4 manual driving license, be able to drive a van, and work six days per week. Good time management and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess valid Class 3 & Class 4 manual driving licenses.
• Able to drive a van.
• Willing to work 6 days per week (Mon-Sat).
• Experience may be required or preferred.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport and deliver items to clients safely and on time.
• Review orders before and after delivery for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with loading/unloading items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle client questions/ complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Maintain a safe driving record and comply with transportation laws.
• Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
• Set up TVs or Monitors for customers (tabletop set, fixed wall mount, swivel wall mount).
