Job summary

You must hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, be physically fit, and able to work independently. overtime, weekend, and public holiday shifts may be required; strong customer service is essential to ensure accurate and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Singapore roads and daily delivery routes.
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy goods.
• Good customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Ability to follow delivery schedules accurately.

Responsibilities

• Load products and deliver to customers according to the daily schedule.
• Deliver to supermarkets and retail outlets across Singapore.
• Unload goods at customers' premises per their requirements.
• Assist with picking, packing, and loading/unloading of products.
• Check quantities and ensure safe, accurate delivery.
• Handle delivery documents such as delivery orders and invoices.
• Obtain customers' acknowledgment/signature upon delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and general condition of delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery or vehicle issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other delivery and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Load products onto the delivery truck and deliver goods to customers according to the daily delivery schedule
• Deliver goods mainly to supermarkets and retail outlets across Singapore
• Unload products at customers' premises according to their requirements
• Arrange, replenish and display products on supermarket shelves when required
• Prepare and organize goods for daily deliveries
• Assist with picking, packing, loading and unloading of products
• Check quantities and ensure all goods are delivered accurately and in good condition
• Handle delivery documents such as invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders
• Obtain customers' acknowledgment/signature upon successful delivery
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the delivery vehicle
• Report any delivery, vehicle or product issues to the supervisor promptly
• Perform other delivery and warehouse-related duties assigned by the company
