Key Responsibilities

• Transport & Delivery: Deliver packages, documents, or food to specified locations safely and on time.
• Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load items into the vehicle and unload them at delivery points.
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.
• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, confirm details, handle payments (cash/card), collect signatures, and resolve issues.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and any delivery problems.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks (oil, fluids), keep the vehicle clean, and report any issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse operations when not on the road.
