Frost & Sullivan (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Decision Intelligence Analyst to turn market research and advisory insights into reusable, software-enabled analytical services. You will build data preparation pipelines, develop forecasting and scoring models, and ensure analyses are reproducible and well-documented.

The role requires strong statistics, experience with Python or R and SQL on reproducible analyses, and a quantitative degree.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative research or consulting track record; typically 3+ years, with practical statistics, data preparation and model validation.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL on reproducible analyses; basic AI/ML learning and hands-on experimentation required.
• Preferred: econometrics, time-series, market sizing, survey weighting, optimization, experimental design, visualization, version control or cloud data workflows.
• Entry-level and authority: not enough coding or validation proficiency may enter as Decision Intelligence Analysts and progress after bridging; production model approval stays with qualified reviewers.

Responsibilities

• Turn market research and advisory analysis into reproducible analytical services.
• Build data preparation pipelines, statistical models, forecasting and simulations to inform decision making.
• Validate models using time-based or hold-out testing, assess bias and uncertainty, and explain results to advisors.
• Package analyses into reusable notebooks or services with engineering support and monitor data/model changes.
