Job summary

A leading employment service provider in Singapore is seeking a candidate to assist engineers with testing activities for server and rack products. Responsibilities include maintaining testing processes, analyzing production failures, and supporting new product introductions. Candidates should have experience in a manufacturing environment, basic knowledge in programming, and willingness to work shifts. Comprehensive training opportunities will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with server and rack products.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with peers and superiors.
• Willingness to work 12 hours shift, both AM and PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in test activities for server and rack products.
• Implement PXE Server configuration.
• Maintain test processes including burn-in and power tests.
• Analyze production failures and work with engineers for improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen activities and ISO implementation.

Skills

Experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment

Basic knowledge in Linux programming

Basic knowledge in Quartus ii

Basic knowledge in Tinker Cad

Basic knowledge in Python

Basic knowledge in C++

Programming and debugging

• Assist engineer to carry out all the Test related activities for Server & Rack products for the production.
• To support & implement PXE Server configuration for the products.
• Perform & maintain the Server & Rack run-in test process.
• Perform & maintain the burn-in & power test process.
• To test and analyze all failures in the production products and work back with engineer on the improvement.
• Participate in the Kaizen activities.
• To update the test program masterlist & tracking.
• To prepare and update Working Instruction.
• To provide trainings over W/I to production.
• To support on the NPI Process.
• To support production on mass run.
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain).

Requirements

• Experience in Server / Rack/ Manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge in Linux programming, Quartus ii, Tinker Cad, Phyton, C++, Programming and debugging
• Good team player
• Ability to work with Peers, engineers, and superiors.
• Willing to work 12 hours shift work (AM/PM)
