Job description

Debug Technician (Server & Rack)

Location: Tampines, Shift: 12‑hour fixed shifts, 4‑3‑3‑4 roster (≈ 15–16 working days/month)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineers to carry out test activities for Server & Rack products in production
• Support and implement PXE Server configurations
• Perform and maintain run‑in, burn‑in and power tests
• Debug and analyse production failures, working with Engineers on improvements
• Participate in Kaizen initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain and update test program masterlists, working instructions and training content
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production runs
• Contribute to ISO implementation and compliance activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT or related fields
• 1‑3 years’ experience in Server / Rack manufacturing, QA testing or IT project support
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; familiarity with manual and/or automated testing
• SAP knowledge, Agile methodologies or CI/CD exposure advantageous
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and a team player able to work in a fast‑paced environment
