Job Responsibilities
- Manage the life cycle of Debt Management Programme (DMP) clients, including on-boarding of new DMP clients, providing support to help clients complete their DMP journey by attending to, and resolving repayment issues and/or disputes with the creditors, etc.
- Contact clients who default in DMP payments and ensure all cases assigned are worked within the stipulated deadline including ad-hoc lists from Banks.
- Administer inactive accounts such as No Action Required (NAR) and terminated cases, including making arrangement for review sessions and appeals to creditors, etc.
- Handle queries from clients and creditors in a timely and effective manner.
- Document / update communication with clients and creditors in the system accurately, comprehensively, and timely.
- Maintain professional and cooperative working relationships with colleagues (inter and intra departments).
- Provide support cover for LML/MDMP/DMP/NAR review cases in the absence of main OIC as and when required.
- Identify areas of concern and make suggestions for work improvement to Management.
- Escalate exceptional situations to supervisors’ attention timely.
- Comply with SOP, workflow, organizational & regulators’ policies and practices.
- Adhere to Company’s policies (including PDPA and staff-related) and procedures diligently, carry out duties in accordance to the specified service level and in good governance, observe client’s information confidentiality, and conduct oneself professionally when interacting with internal and external parties.

Job Qualifications / Pre-Requisites
- Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking & Financial Services or Business Administration
- Possess good understanding of debt collection and repayment process.
- Good telephone and customer skills and etiquette. Able to converse in a clear voice.
- Possess good listening skills and patience to handle errant clients.
- Preference will given to applicants conversant in multiple language and dialect skills.
