Responsibilities

• Involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, IPOs and other corporate finance work.
• Expected to independently manage projects including pitches and engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.
• Responsible for deal execution and project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Finance related field and/or MBA qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks / corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience and success in deal execution and project management.
• Ability to build & run financial models independently.
• Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and manage a working team that typically comprises senior associates and/or associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability. Strong analytical and evaluation skills. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail when working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Enjoy working as part of a multi‑cultural team.
• A self‑starter with high level of initiative.
