Job summary

Waterstone Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled finance professional to originate and execute DCM transactions, while monitoring market trends and comparable deals to keep clients informed.

You will collaborate with the DCM syndicate and other stakeholders, assist in due diligence, structuring, pricing and billing, and contribute to pitches and internal memos. Candidates should have a degree in business/finance and 2–3 years of DCM experience, with knowledge of lending, credit

Qualifications

• Degree in business, banking or finance
• 2-3 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution
• knowledge of lending and credit analysis
• highly motivated team player and a quick learner
• excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• preferably has passed CMFAS Module 1B and Module 4A/4B Exam
• interest in capital markets products/services preferred
• knowledge in bloomberg

Responsibilities

• Origination and execution of DCM transactions
• keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions
• preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation
• assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment
• working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders
• other tasks assigned by the department head
