  • Perform activities covered under ITP (Invoice‑to‑Pay) and ITC (Invoice‑to‑Cash) processes.
  • Ensure all activities are executed within the framework of financial controls and accounting policies.
  • Support month‑end and period‑end closing activities related to payments, receivables, and accruals.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and postings.

Commodities & Trade Support

  • Work closely with trading, operations, and supply chain teams to support commodity‑related transactions.
  • Understand trade lifecycles including pricing, settlement, and counterparty payments.
  • Support reconciliation of trade‑related accounts and cash movements.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain strong documentation of processes and controls.
  • Support audits (internal and external) by providing required documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and control effectiveness within finance processes.
