Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a skilled professional to supervise M&E infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in DC facilities maintenance and a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems. This role demands effective management of site staff and vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Good understanding of M&E infrastructure.
  • Supervise preventive maintenance activities and ad-hoc works orders on mechanical, electrical and other installed M&E systems and ensure timely and quality work.
  • Experience working in critical M&E facilities or experience in ACMV, electrical or fire systems will be an advantage.
  • Able to carry out impact assessment during system fault and technically sound to contain fault to ensure M&E system service continuity.
  • Ensure proper escalation in accordance to incident escalation process.
  • Carry out work in accordance to site processes and requirements.
  • Proactively look out for site abnormalities and possible areas of improvement, recommend solutions and put up proposal to Supervisor.
  • Able to prepare and review SOPs, MOPs and EOPs.
  • General facilities duties, including monitoring of equipment and report on daily condition.
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
  • Able to support 24x7 rotating shifts.
  • Assist DC Ops Manager / Site Lead to manage day to day FM operations of accounts
  • Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for FM teams
  • Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules
  • Assist in training staff members on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc., and manage FM engineers’ technical competencies
  • Manage Staff deployment and attendance administration
  • Motivate site staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment
  • Manage customers’ expectation and deliverables and establish rapport for long term customer relationship
  • Manage onsite vendors and ensure timely and quality work
  • Provides solution proposals to clients for issues encountered onsite
  • Provide support to other FM site Teams for any emergency situations
  • Ensure continuous site improvements in areas of M&E Infrastructure, green initiatives, and operational processes
  • Responsible for FM Quotation submission and obtain of Vendor quotation
  • Ensure toolbox / daily ops meeting to be conducted c/w MOM
  • To provide regular support to update of the Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly Report, Monthly Report and Quarterly Report
  • Review and provide close support to the onsite team to generate the Lifecycle replacement programme, create opportunities to meet sales revenue targets
