Are you eager to launch your career in technology? Join our Technology Apprenticeship Programme — a 6-month, hands‑on learning journey designed to give you real-world experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and a solid foundation to thrive in the banking technology space.

Roles You Will Explore

As an apprentice, you will be attached to one of our Technology units and gain practical experience in roles such as:

• Production Support – Learn to manage live systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Quality Assurance / Tester – Get hands‑on in testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring software meets the highest standards.
• Application Developer – Work on building and enhancing applications, writing clean code, and collaborating with tech teams to deliver solutions.

Under the apprenticeship, you will be hired under a third‑party vendor and placed on an agency contract for the duration of the programme.

Who We’re Looking For

• Nitec or Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, with less than 2 years’ work experience.
• Prior experience in coding is advantageous.
• Passion for technology and problem‑solving.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
