Job summary

A leading security services provider in Singapore is seeking a Chief Security Officer to oversee a team of security personnel. Reachfield Security (Grade “A” agency) specializes in supplying security manpower to schools, factories, shopping centres, museums, libraries, etc.

Day Shift – Chief Security Officer

• Commercial Building in Marina – 8 am – 6 pm

Night Shift – Senior Security Supervisor

• Poly in Woodlands – 8 pm to 8 am

Job Descriptions

1. Possess a valid PLRD license, eligibility for SSS/CSO rank, and supervise a team of security personnel.
2. Supervise a team of Security Officers to meet the client's requirements.
3. Day/Night shift; 12‑hour shift (fixed shift, no need to rotate).
4. Lead the team, conduct daily briefings, patrol, protect clients’ premises and access control, etc.
5. Work closely with the client’s representative and carry out instructions according to the set SOP.
6. PC literate and able to put up incident reports.
7. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide, advise, and orient them for the job.
8. Attend management meetings.
