Qualifications

  • Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
  • Salary is $2,800 - $3,300+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]
Job Role
  • The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • This role is critical in supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organisation by implementing technological solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to staff across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer mobile phones and SIM cards, manage MDM enrollment, and maintain asset records.
  • Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and peripherals for users and the project site.
  • Create and process purchase requests in accordance with IMS forms standards for IT-related needs and track deliveries.
  • Monitor IT ticketing daily, ensuring tickets are resolved within SLA and escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Maintain updated documentation for network diagrams, IT assets, and user setups for audit readiness.
Key skills required
  • Basic knowledge of network administration (TCP / IP, LAN / WAN troubleshooting, Wi‑Fi).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune).
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, O365 setup, and AD user creation.
  • Familiarity with the IMS forms cycle and vendor coordination.
  • Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems.
Qualifications and experience
  • Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science.
  • Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in the building and construction industry as IT Assistant or IT Administrator.
