Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Deputy Manager (Data Analysis and Surveys) to support the Educational & Career Guidance for students, graduates and alumni across 3 ITE Colleges. You will track employment and employability via Graduate Employment Surveys and coordinate SEN support and data systems across divisions.

You will lead data-driven projects, liaise with MOE and vendors, and provide administration for SEN initiatives, ensuring inclusive practices and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3 years of relevant working and industry experience in surveys and research methodology.
• Strong IT knowledge with a plus for SQL and digitalisation.
• Good organisational and event management skills.
• Flair for data and finance-related work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEN work and liaise with Colleges to collate SEN, counselling and SEN Fund data for reporting.
• Collate SEN lists and MOE Health data relevant to SEN.
• Provide admin support to the SEN Workgroup and prepare slides for MOE management meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors for internship and employment support for SEN students and graduates.
• Support Student Services with data maintenance and processing activities.
• Tabulate and visualise student, graduate and GES data for policy initiatives and employment outcomes.
• Lead ITE GES and digital projects and follow up on feedback about employability.
• Submit GES datasets to government agencies like MOE.
• Review processes and support digitalisation needs of the Department and Division.
