Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, major in science or engineering or engaged in data statistics, analysis, modeling related working areas after graduation.
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau, can use Python or R for data analysis.
• At least 5 years' experience in data analysis area, consumer insights experience is a plus.
• At least 2 years of people management experience required.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Measuring and monitoring customer experience key metrics.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to find RCA and action plans.
• Establishing customer experience metrics systems and providing solutions.
• Conducting deep analysis about seller and customer experience.
• Designing A/B experiments for effectiveness improvement and ROI calculation.
