Qualifications

• At least 3 years of data science experience in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on Python and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience with predictive modelling and risk scoring techniques.
• Familiar with fraud detection and anomaly detection approaches.
• Proven ability to develop, validate and evaluate model performance.
• Proficiency in feature engineering, back-testing and threshold calibration.
• Knowledge of precision, recall and other model performance metrics.
• Experience with Exploratory Data Analysis and data quality assessment.
• Ability to establish data lineage and root cause analysis workflows.
• Experience building analytical workflows from data to insights.
