Job summary

BDP International in Singapore is seeking a Data Scientist to drive data and ML engineering initiatives, focusing on Snowflake, Azure, and Qlik visualizations.

Qualifications

Position Summary:

This role serves as a data evangelist, focusing primarily on Data & ML Engineering with a robust understanding of Data Science and data analysis experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Snowflake and Azure technology stacks, Qlik Visualization, DevOps processes, and ML ops processes. While knowledge of logistics is a plus, a willingness to learn the domain is essential.

• Build and manage Data & ML Engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain data/ML pipelines using Snowflake and Azure.
• Create and implement data visualizations using Qlik.
• Ensure seamless integration and deployment of models through DevOps and ML ops processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Promote data literacy across the BU.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in data warehouse and data management projects. Freshers from reputed institues in the field of data science with quick grasping knowledge will be considered.
• Extensive hands-on experience architecting and delivering solutions on the Azure Data platform, Snowflake, SnowPark, ML Ops and DevOps
• Logistics, and Transportation domain experience, as well as its associated data standards, is preferred.
• Agile/DAMA/Azure certification is a plus
• Experience in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong personal effectiveness as a team player, change agent and demonstrated perseverance to drive and achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
