Job summary

A leading data analytics company in Singapore seeks a qualified individual to build data models and conduct deep data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in data science or related areas. Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Buildcore data models covering the full user lifecycle, including LTVprediction, churn risk forecasting, payment propensity, and conversionprobability modeling. Develop refined user profiling and segmentationframeworks to identify high-potential and high-value user groups, andtranslate insights into actionable monetization and growth strategyrecommendations for product and operations teams.
  2. Conductin-depth data attribution and impact analysis on product features,operational campaigns, and key business strategies, quantifying theireffects on user behavior, retention, monetization, and overall revenue tosupport data-driven decision-making.
  3. Designand lead A/B testing and other causal experiments, establish robustand scientific evaluation metrics, and systematically assess the trueincremental impact of product iterations and strategic adjustments.
Requirements
  1. Master’sdegree or above in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics,or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in datascience, machine learning, or advanced data analytics.
  2. Strongproficiency in Python (e.g. Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost /LightGBM) and SQL, with hands-on experience handling large-scaledatasets (hundreds of millions of records).
  3. Solidfoundation in statistics with a deep understanding of common machinelearning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering), andfamiliarity with causal inference methodologies.
  4. Strongdata-driven mindset and business acumen, with the ability to translatecomplex business problems into quantitative models and convert analyticalresults into actionable business strategies.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Backgroundin the internet industry, with hands-on experience in commercialization(advertising / games / e-commerce) or user growth optimizationwill be an advantage.
