Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science or a related discipline.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Strong analytical and causal reasoning mindset, and rigidity on statistical correctness. Strong communication and passion about product challenges.

Responsibilities

• Analyze LIVE-related data, including watching experience, creator ecosystem, agency management, and algorithm improvement.
• Design metrics framework to measure product health, monitor core metrics and identify root causes of metric movements.
• Conduct statistical evaluations with A/B testing and causal inference.
• Identify growth opportunities with data analytics and collaborate with PM/MLE/RD to drive product strategy improvements.
• Research data science theories and methodologies to improve analysis efficiency and data product tools.
