Responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for data quality, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
• Digging into and exploring data; identifying features and issues; communicating findings clearly.
• Standardisation and development of monitoring methodologies, systems, tools and libraries, promoting standards across the firm.
• Automating and improving processes by eliminating manual support through self-healing systems and better tooling.
• Taking a data-driven approach to operational improvements—measuring system health, tracking incident trends, and guiding priorities.
