Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead and manage data annotation, evaluation, and/or user growth projects for various AI product modalities (LLM, VLM, Speech or Video) across multiple academic topics. Ensure timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met. Track progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Build and maintain relationships with product managers, researchers, annotators, and cross‑functional team members. Engage external vendors and experts as needed to scale productivity.
• Workflow Design and Management: Design, manage, and optimize workflows for each project, including training design, data annotation or QA processes, and performance tracking. Plan quality and productivity improvements. Develop technical guidelines and casebooks to ensure consistent, high‑quality data production. Collaborate closely with product managers, project leaders, and external collaborators to align on quality metrics and expectations.
• Data Checking and Analysis: Design and implement robust data analysis strategies to evaluate training and evaluation datasets. Ensure mathematical accuracy and statistical validity. Perform deep‑dive analysis to identify trends and anomalies, translating findings into actionable insights in reports to support model improvement. Collaborate with annotators, researchers, and product managers to define quality benchmarks and drive data‑driven decision‑making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuous Learning: Continuously monitor competitor large models and cutting‑edge technologies. Explore efficient data production methods such as automated data scraping, model evaluation, and agentic/code‑based synthesis. Become an expert in one or more content verticals (e.g., Pre‑training, Math, Multimodal ML). Foster a collaborative environment, sharing new learnings and best practices for knowledge transfer within the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record.
• ≥ 1 year experience in complex cross‑team and cross‑region project management, operations, data analysis, or related positions involving product management. Able to coordinate with product, R&D, operations, and middle‑platform teams to drive project implementation.
• Ability to balance individual judgment with collaborative teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, able to identify problems, summarize conclusions, and support business decisions with data evidence.
• Strong interest in AI, large models, and human‑computer interaction, willing to learn and explore.
• Strong self‑motivation and sense of responsibility, adaptable to fast‑paced, ambiguous environments, navigating multiple tasks and improving execution efficiency through tools and process optimization.
• Business proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience with leading Tech/AI/Language Model companies as a product or project manager.
• Previous practical experience related to large model (LLM/VLM) data, such as data annotation, model evaluation, agent construction.
• Experience in content strategy and quality assessment for images and videos is preferred.
• Background in science or engineering, especially statistics, economics, sociology, or related fields for data analysis.
• Experience with Python, comfort with developing tools or scripts to enhance project or operational efficiency.
• Enthusiasm for career development in the AI/LLM industry, engaging with diverse technical case studies and problem‑solving.
