You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to build data pipelines, models, and dashboards that drive platform optimisation. The role involves statistical analyses, anomaly detection, and governance practices to ensure data reliability and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyse large volumes of social platform data to identify trends.

• Analyse user behaviour, user engagement, user retention, interaction patterns, andplatform usage metrics.
• Develop and implement data mining models and analytical methodologies to support usersegmentation,behavioural analysis, and platform optimisation.
• Work with software development and product teams to identify data requirements andintegrate analytical solutions into platform development workflows.
• Conduct statistical analysis, anomaly detection, and root-cause analysis to identifypotential technical and operational issues.
• Establish data processing procedures, data quality standards, and data governancepractices to improve data reliability and consistency.
• Develop analytical reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to support productplanning and management decisions.
• Evaluate platform performance using relevant metrics and recommend improvements touser experience,system efficiency, and platform functionality.
• Support the design and implementation of data analytics solutions, including datapipelines, data models, and reporting systems, where applicable.
