Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Migration SME to lead data migration for a core lending platform rollout. You will own data mapping, transformation, SQL-based validation, reconciliation and manage runbooks, mock migrations and go-live cutover to ensure continuity.

The role requires hands-on ACBS and Commercial Lending knowledge, plus proven ability in data validation, migration rehearsals, and stakeholder coordination.

Job description

Seeking an experienced Data Migration SME with strong ACBS and Commercial Lending expertise to lead data migration initiatives for a core lending platform rollout. Responsible for data mapping, transformation, SQL-based validation, reconciliation, migration runbook management, mock rehearsals, and go-live cutover execution to ensure accurate data migration and business continuity.

Preferred:

Core banking transformation experience, Snowflake, AWS, cloud data platforms, and relevant professional certifications.
