Job description

We’re hiring a Data Management Specialist to be deployed onsite with one of our major global financial services clients in Singapore. This is a full-time consulting role where you’ll support enterprise data management operations within the Enterprise Data team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of professional experience in data management, data governance, and operational support. Strong understanding of data quality processes and proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools is essential. You will be part of a team ensuring accurate, consistent, and compliant data across critical business systems, contributing to initiatives that enhance data integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data quality and SLA compliance through monitoring, troubleshooting, and reconciliation activities.
  • Analyse data and resolve issues to ensure accuracy and timely problem resolution.
  • Handle user queries and requests effectively and clearly.
  • Perform UAT activities to validate data integrity and system changes before deployment.
  • Prepare high quality technical / functional documentation.
  • Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
Key Qualifications
  • CAT-1 clearance is required as the role will have access to sensitive or controlled data
  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology or related subjects.
  • Experience in managing data reconciliation/quality checks in line with SLA requirements in a corporate enforcement.
  • Experience in data analysis and data issue management.
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries
  • Experience in performing UAT.
  • Proven experience providing high quality documentation around technical/functional specifications.
  • Experience with Snowflake would be preferred.
