A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Data Management Officer to maintain client and agent data, build stakeholder relationships, and process account modifications. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of data maintenance in a banking environment is preferred. This position is under a one-year renewable contract with a salary of $4,200.
The Data Management Officer plays a key role in the Client Account Modification team, responsible for maintaining client and agent data across systems such as T24, CRM, Filler, and eBanking, while also managing ad-hoc client output requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and key stakeholders through regular engagement, addressing service needs and challenges.
Handle queries and provide troubleshooting support promptly.
Ensure consistent service delivery that meets SLAs while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Process account openings, closures, and static data updates accurately and on time, including account blocks/unblocks, RM reassignment, and agent/counterparty records across systems.
Prepare and dispatch welcome packs for new accounts promptly and accurately.
Conduct name searches for Compliance and Legal requests.
Handle e‑banking applications, modifications, cancellations, and updates to mailing addresses and conditions for clients and agents.
Manage returned mail, ad‑hoc client statements, and advice printing requests.
Verify client signatures on submitted forms.
Support user acceptance testing and maintain procedure documentation.
Apply strong knowledge of system and business requirements for maintaining client, counterparty, and agent records.
Commit to quality service and contribute to innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and requests as needed.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in static or mailing data maintenance for client, agent (EAM, EFA, Finder), or counterparty records preferred.
Knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with skills in Macros, Visual Basic, and strong aptitude for technology.
