Job summary

PVH in Singapore seeks a Data Management Analyst to support an enterprise data platform initiative for a key financial services client. You will bridge business users and technical teams, monitoring data pipelines and enforcing data quality and governance to ensure reliable data delivery.

The role involves collaborating with Data Engineering, Data Stewards, and Analytics teams to drive continuous improvement of data services within a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily data ingestion pipelines, identify failures or processing issues, coordinate incident recovery, communicate impacts, support SLA adherence, perform data profiling, validation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Support data governance initiatives, conduct quality assessments, recommend remediation, partner with data stewards to maintain governance standards and controls.
• Gather and document business requirements for data enhancements, translate needs into functional requirements for engineering teams, manage communications, and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Execute UAT, develop test scenarios, validate outputs, drive process improvements, recommend efficiencies, and demonstrate proactive problem‑solving.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Management Analyst to support a strategic enterprise data platform initiative for a key financial services client.

This role will be responsible for managing and monitoring data pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance standards, supporting business stakeholders, and driving enhancements across the organization’s data ecosystem.

You will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, working closely with Data Engineering, Data Stewards, and Analytics teams to ensure reliable data delivery and continuous improvement of data services.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Operations & Monitoring: Monitor daily data ingestion pipelines, identify failures or processing issues, coordinate incident recovery, communicate impacts, support SLA adherence, perform data profiling, validation, and root‑cause analysis.
• Data Quality & Governance: Support data governance initiatives, conduct quality assessments, recommend remediation, partner with data stewards to maintain governance standards and controls.
• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Gather and document business requirements for data enhancements, translate needs into functional requirements for engineering teams, manage communications, and prioritize enhancement requests.
• Testing & Continuous Improvement: Execute UAT, develop test scenarios, validate outputs, drive process improvements, recommend efficiencies, and demonstrate proactive problem‑solving.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data ownership concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience within large enterprise or corporate environments.
• Experience supporting data management or data operations functions.
• Preferred: Python experience for data‑related tasks and troubleshooting, exposure to Snowflake or willingness to learn, knowledge of data warehouse concepts and ETL processes, understanding of cloud‑based data platforms, exposure to AI initiatives.
