Job summary

Coins is seeking a senior data leader to drive business data-driven strategy across cross-border payments. You will oversee data warehouse planning, BI visualization platforms, and data governance while leading BI and Data Engineering teams.

This role requires deep fintech data experience and the ability to translate data into strategic actions. Collaborate with business, risk, operations, finance and product to identify growth opportunities and streamline processes through standardized data

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis and data management within cross-border payment or fintech industries.
• Strong commercial data thinking and ability to build data analysis frameworks from a business perspective.
• Proficient in data platform architecture with end-to-end governance and project delivery coordination.
• Minimum 2 years of data team management; track record leading BI and Data Engineering teams.
• Proficient in SQL and BI visualization tools; solid educational background in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cross-border payment lifecycle, KPIs, and risk controls to support decisions.
• Lead data platform planning, data warehouse development, and BI visualization initiatives.
• Manage BI and Data Engineering teams, set workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with business, risk, operations, finance and product to drive data-driven improvements.
