Job summary

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (Office Hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting in the tracing of scam related issues
• Support in the preparation and administration of anti-scam initiatives
• Tabulate, organise and collate data to support reporting activities and updates to senior management.
• Daily scanning of scam related news
• Assist in the development and/or review of SOPs
• Handle ad-hoc assignments required from time to time

Job Requirements

• Background in IT, Business or related discipline
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Competent in MS Office (eg Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills for tabulating, organising, and collating large datasets
• Experience with data management and reporting activities.
• Attention to detail for accurate data consolidation and compliance reporting
