Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED seeks a Data Integration Analyst to generate actionable insights from diverse data sources, manage data lifecycles, and deliver high-quality data solutions supporting stakeholders and business objectives.

You will lead data integration services, maintain documentation and automation, ensure compliance, and collaborate with data engineering teams to rationalize the data warehouse across the lifecycle. Strong SQL, Python/R, and BI skills required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with AWS, Cloudera, or other cloud platforms.
• Data pipeline and/or database development experience.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or machine learning.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certification in leading data analytics platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Informatica, Talend, Microsoft, SAS, or IBM.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of data integration services to deliver dependable, cost-effective solutions aligned with customer outcomes.
• Maintain and update documentation and automation within your area of responsibility to ensure accuracy and currency.
• Ensure compliance with standards, controls, and processes in Security, Service Control, and Service Management to achieve operational discipline.
• Analyze company data sources and features to identify opportunities that drive business objectives.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to rationalize the data warehouse across the data lifecycle from source to analysis and modeling.
• Partner with project managers and technical leads to provide regular status updates and support problem refinement and analytics solution evaluation.
• Contribute innovative ideas and expertise to engineering, design, and strategic initiatives.
• Work effectively in interdisciplinary teams combining technical, business, and data science skills, using waterfall or agile software development methodologies.
• Communicate clearly to understand customer business objectives and develop end-to-end data-centric solutions.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.
• Develop expertise to become a subject matter expert within your service area and stay current with emerging technologies and market offerings.
• Utilize Talend to support data integration and transformation tasks.
• Build compelling and usable data visualizations and analytics using commercial or open-source BI tools.
• Write and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support data workflows.
• Use Python, R, or similar scripting languages to operationalize data analytics workflows and processes.
