About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support a Singapore-based business owner with day-to-day operations. The role focuses on general administrative support and accurate data entry to ensure efficient business management and record-keeping. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and comfortable handling both routine and confidential tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and update databases, records, and spreadsheets
- Manage daily administrative duties including filing, scheduling, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and expense records
- Assist with invoice tracking, payment monitoring, and expense reconciliation
- Coordinate communications with clients, vendors, and service providers when required
- Ensure proper document control and systematic filing (physical and digital)
- Support the business owner with other administrative or ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or data entry roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred
