Job description
Job Overview

You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You'll be responsible for performing time motion studies for nursing homes and senior care centres.

Responsibilities
  • Assist to plan and identify suitable nursing homes and senior care centres.
  • Attend kick‑off sessions with the selected nursing homes and senior centre stakeholders, explaining the respective objectives, identify the relevant processes, scope and duration of the projects.
  • Conduct the time motion studies to map the processes (both “As‑is” and “To‑be”).
  • To collect, analyse and process data.
  • Compute the ROIs for the selected technological solutions, if any.
  • Attend closing meetings with the selected nursing homes and senior centres to recommend the technological solutions with their benefits and to close off the project.
Requirements
  • GCE N Level or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to travel islandwide to different nursing homes and senior care centres across Singapore.
  • Strong observation and accurate record‑keeping skills are required.
  • Attentive and focused when engaging with residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood.
  • Comfortable working in the typical environment of senior care facilities, including occasional odours and non‑air‑conditioned areas.
