A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Data Entry Clerk/Assistant Sales Coordinator to manage data entry and assist with sales enquiries. Candidates should possess GCE N/O levels/NITEC and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Relevant experience is preferred. The role offers a salary of $2,200 - $3,000 based on qualifications and experience.
Position title : Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Sales Coordinator
Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,200 - $3,000 depending on qualification and experience
Perform data entry, ensure accurate and timely process of sales orders as per customers' requirements
Assist in sales enquiries and providing accurate sales quotations as directed
Liaise with the relevant operation departments from confirmed orders till readiness for delivery
Liaise with customers on the delivery requirements
Support sales team in achieving the department objectives
Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
GCE N/O levels/NITEC
Proficient in MS Office skills, especially MS Word and Excel
At least 1-year experience, preferably in therelatedfield
