Job description

Operations Assistant

Responsible for updating container movements and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Manning the Container Depot Counter area by providing timely and efficient coordination to internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Update container movements.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system.
• Collect cash payment and issue receipt.
• Liaise with external parties pertaining to releasing/pick-up of containers.
• Liaise internally to ensure smooth operations.

No working experience are welcome to apply as long as you fulfil the following requirements:

• PC literate
• Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Can perform overtime
• Demonstrate ability to handle work independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
