Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Data Centre Design & Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, expansion and delivery of a regional data centre estate.

The role covers networking, hosting, data centre infrastructure, rack space, cabling, power and cooling, connectivity and capacity planning, working across multiple technology teams and external partners to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data centre and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Good understanding of network architecture, including routing, switching and connectivity.
• Broad understanding of networking, hosting, racks, cabling, power and cooling.
• Experience in data centre design, capacity planning, migrations, upgrades or project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, build, expansion and modernisation of data centre environments.
• Assess infrastructure and capacity requirements across data centre sites.
