Job summary

Intellect Minds Pte Ltd is seeking a data engineering professional with strong Azure experience to design and implement end-to-end data solutions in the Azure ecosystem.

The role requires hands-on work with Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and data warehousing concepts, along with data quality and governance practices. Proficiency in Python and DAX is expected, with strong communication to bridge business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business understanding, requirements, and processes.
• Hands-on Azure Data Engineering experience with Data Factory and Synapse Analytics.
• Experience in data ingestion, modelling, and data quality validation.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks and data modelling in Analysis Services.
• Proficient in writing DAX measures and Python coding.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them to data solutions.
• Implement data ingestion and modelling pipelines using Azure services.
• Ensure data quality and harmonization across datasets.
• Collaborate with business and technical users to deliver solutions.
• Utilize Python for data processing and analytics; apply DAX as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Business Understanding At least (3) years of relevant experience in:
• Business Requirement Analysis
• Business Process and System Understanding
• Effective Communication with both business and technical users

• Azure Data Engineering At least (2) years of hands-on experience as Azure Data Engineer using:
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics / Datawarehouse
• Preferably with relevant certifications from Microsoft including Azure Data Engineer Associate;

• Data Ingestion & Modelling At least (3) years of hands-on experience in
• Performing data Ingestion using Data factory & T-SQL stored procedure and data harmonizing
• Implementing Data Quality validation
• Good to have following skills
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks
• Data modelling in Azure Analysis Services using star and snowflake schema.
• Knowledge of writing DAX query to create measures & dimensions.
• Python Coding Experience
