Job summary

Shopee is seeking an Programs & Initiatives Associate to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of strategic initiatives for Shopee Livestream. You will blend program management, data-driven thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to drive seller performance and user engagement.

You will build dashboards, analyse trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders while shaping go-to-market strategies and improving internal processes for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or program management is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs to support top platform priorities—from conceptualisation to execution and performance tracking.
• Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Live and propose data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving insights for future planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, ensure seamless delivery, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track KPIs.
• Prepare regular business reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve internal processes and tools for scalable program execution and analytics.
