Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited in Singapore is seeking an Internal Auditor responsible for planning and executing audits, drafting issues and reports, and ensuring work is well-documented within budget and timelines. You will collaborate with data analytics teams to enhance audits with technology, explain risks to management, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Additionally, you will provide local knowledge to Global Internal Audit and ensure audit action plans are tracked through to completion

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree and a professional in risk and control.
• Audit qualification is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in financial services and risk/controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audits and draft issues and reports.
• Ensure audit work is efficient, well-documented, within budget and timeline.
• Collaborate with data analytics teams to enhance audits with technology.
• Explain risk and impact of issues to management and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with auditee management and stakeholders.
• Provide local knowledge and execution support to Global Internal Audit.
• Track audit issue action plans through completion and validation.
