Job summary

bbp is seeking a proactive Service Sustainability Engineer to join our team. You will coordinate with maintenance contractors, support data analytics, and enhance energy conservation while ensuring HVAC and refrigeration systems operate smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, validating documentation, analyzing faults via SCADA, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or related fields.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and components.
• Experience with data analytics and fault detection.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of energy conservation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with maintenance contractors to ensure timely service.
• Validate maintenance checklists and secure customer sign-offs.
• Assist data analytics to improve data gathering and reporting.
• Support fault detection and root-cause analysis.
• Develop energy conservation action plans with short-term and long-term goals.
• Prepare maintenance schedules aligned with contractual requirements.
• Monitor remote system performance and respond during emergencies.
• Collaborate with customer support to sustain satisfaction.
• Gain hands-on knowledge of refrigeration systems and SCADA parameters.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
