• Experience with UPS, HVAC, generators, and fire/life safety systems required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.

• Monitor and maintain all building systems and mission-critical facilities equipment.
• Conduct routine assessments of building system operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation of all building systems.
